Delivery
At the moment standard first class delivery is £2.00 for all orders. Delivery should be indicated next to each item anyway. If your items are very small and/or light I will probably refund some of your postage charge

For international delivery (anywhere outside the UK) please contact me, but I will usually charge £3 standard postage for the first item and £1 for each additional item.
Orders over £50 are sent by recorded delivery, which will require a signature on delivery - please contact me if for any reason you would rather standard delivery be used for your order.
This usually takes 1-2 working days. Items will be dispatched within 3 days of payment. I will try to get your items to you as soon as possible! Please let me know if you have any specific delivery instructions (i.e to leave with a neighbour/in secure porch etc).
All Chain Maille jewellery is made to order, please allow up to 14 days for delivery, but I will try to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible! :)
Repairs/Returns
I hope you'll love your new jewellery but if for any reason you are not happy with it, then please either email or ring me to arrange a return. (This is just so I can look out for it winging its way back to me in the post!). Unfortunately earrings are non-returnable, except if broken/damaged upon arrival. I can offer you a full refund or a replacement item.
Should any of your pieces break within 2 months of purchasing please contact me initially and I'd be very happy to fix them for you! There is no charge for this. For any repairs after this period there will be a (very little) charge, usually about £1.50 to cover time and return postage etc. If items require replacement findings (clasps, earwires etc) outwith the 2 month period then I will let you know how much this will cost when you contact me.
Commissions
I am happy to take commissions if there is a certain piece of jewellery you are looking for but just can't seem to find! Similarly if you see a sold piece on my gallery page and would like one the same or in a different colour I am happy to do this. Prices vary so please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Jewellery Parties
I am planning to have jewellery parties available in the Lincoln area from Winter 2008, so please get in touch if interested. Jewellery parties are a great way to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion and also have the chance to purchase something beautiful for yourself or a friend.
